MASTER IN MANAGEMENT PROGRAM!
The TBS Education Master in Management program offers a broad core curriculum with structured series of elective options. Students are able to structure their projects around visible learning paths that bring high added value to their professional expertise.
3 PROGRAM structures
Obtain a Double Degree in a two-years' program
1st semester: You’ll start at the Toulouse or Barcelona campus.
2nd semester: you may switch campuses before your 3-month internship.
3rd and 4th semesters: you can start your double degree at one of the 4 TBS Education campuses.
At the end of the second year, you will perform a 6-month internship.
Double Degree with extra professional expertise
This option allows you to include a gap year after your second semester and your 3-month internship.
You can use your gap year to complete 2 French or international internships, get your start-up project on track or to conduct a humanitarian mission of your choice.
Please note that to obtain a double degree from a Partner University, you must chose this gap-year option.
Your Double Degree, professional expertise & international experience
The 3rd option allows you to have it all: a double degree, professional expertise and an additional international exchange.
However, to be able to take this option, you’ll have to start your professional gap year right after your first semester.

Year 1: Management Fundamentals
During your first year, you’ll learn to master a wide range of Management concepts and practices. You’ll also be able to choose elective courses, such as:
Finance, Strategic Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Human Ressources, International business, Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Financial Analysis.
You’ll end your first year with a 3-month full-time internship in the company of your choice. Our Career Services Department is here to help you out.
At the end of the year, you will test your newly acquired knowledge with a Business Game: a simulation of a company involving competing teams, which emphasizes business development and accounting.
At the end of the year, you will perfirm an internship in customer relations of minimum 8 weeks.
Year 2: Professional Expertise
During your second year, you’ll receive 450 hours of courses from our PhD professors and from professional experts in your field. Our goal is to turn you into an expert and fully operational manager as soon as you leave TBS Education.
100 Double Degree Opportunities
In addition to your Master’s in Management degree, our Double Degree system allows you to obtain either a Master of Science degree in the area of your choice at our campuses in Toulouse, Paris, Barcelona or Casablanca or a degree from one of our partner universities in France or abroad.
At the end of your second year, you’ll be required to complete a 6-month mandatory internship in order to validate your degree. Our Career Services department will help you find the internship that fits your path.
You will also have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of a business area of a company that you have an affinity for.
Finally, you must select an international elective subject which will be delivered by guest professors from around the world.
You will end the academic year with a 16-week internship.
You will also get the possibility to obtain a Double Degree with a Partner University through an exchange program (subject to conditions).
