L'intermodalité est une approche intéressante lorsque les infrastructures sont endommagées, car elle permet d'utiliser différents modes de livraison pour atteindre les zones de demande. Néanmoins, l'utilisation de différents modes de transport a un impact sur l'environnement.
Cet article propose un ensemble de perspectives et de pistes de recherche pour étendre les connaissances en management des ressources humaines dans le domaine de l'IA générative. Ce faisant, la discussion synthétise la littérature sur l'IA et l'IA générative, en la reliant à divers aspects des processus, des pratiques, des relations et des résultats du management des ressources humaines, contribuant ainsi à façonner l'avenir de la recherche en management des ressources humaines.
Les pratiques de l’Économie Circulaire (EC) présentent le potentiel d’augmenter la performance durable, sociétale et environnementale des organisations et contribue en conséquence à répondre aux objectifs des Nations Unies pour le Développement Durable. L’objectif de cette recherche est d’examiner l’adoption de pratiques durables par les petites et moyennes entreprises (PMEs) et son impact sur leur performance environnementale et sociétale. Nous analysons et établissons premièrement un état des pratiques durables existante jusqu’alors et leur impact sur la performance durable à travers les diverses dimensions d’action de l’Économie Circulaire, à savoir la conception de produits et de leur processus de production, les approvisionnements, la distribution associés, etc.
La littérature existante a mis en lumière la pertinence de l’intelligence collective pour faire émerger une collaboration réussie entre outils d’Intelligence Artificielle (IA) et employés, et pour en faire ressortir des résultats valorisés par l’organisation.
