Cette étude vise à mieux comprendre comment la pensée holistique, qui appréhende les systèmes dans leur globalité plutôt que par leurs composants, se diffuse dans le discours managérial. L’analyse s’appuie sur l’étude qualitative d’un écosystème de start-ups ayant pour vocation à proposer des solutions innovantes afin d’améliorer le bien être au travail. Notre apport à la littérature en théorie des organisations est de théoriser la pensée holistique dans un contexte managerial influencé par la diffusion des technologies digitales.
La croissance éclair consiste à faire croître une entreprise le plus rapidement possible sans se soucier de son efficacité opérationnelle de manière à prendre de vitesse les concurrents.
